![]() 4 The workbook is a how-to guide intended to assist public health program managers, administrators, health educators, and evaluators in developing a joint understanding of what constitutes an evaluation plan, why it is important, and how to develop an effective evaluation plan. In order to promote evaluation capacity building, an evaluation plan development workbook was created by OSH and the Division of Nutrition, Physical Activity, and Obesity.
